Course Structure and Duration
HQMT Home-Study Program with Online Support is a 6-month Intensive and Comprehensive training program that is divided into following two parts.

HQMT Part I: First trimester. A theory dominated first 3 months' duration which has 12 weekly modules . Minimum daily study hours is 4 with 1 hour for Medical Terminology, 1 hour for English, 1 Hour for MT keyboard/software practice; 30 minutes for American accent training and 30 minutes for Americanism, Slangs, and Colloquialism. However, you may want to study up to 8 hours do become more familiar with subjects.

HQMT Part II: Second trimester. A practice-dominated second 3 months' duration. You need to practice 30 minutes of dictation files to begin with and 60 minutes (around 600 lines) of audio dictation towards end of the second trimester.

You will be provided 24-hour guidance (online, by phone, mail, etc), support, and mentoring to make you highly qualified and top quality medical language specialist.
